Product(s) Return 

We believe customer satisfaction is the core strength of our business, we tried our best to make return process simple and easy while protecting the rights of our customer (s) and best interest of our company.

We offer a fair, transparent and easy returns on product(s) you purchased from us. You can initiate a return within 14 days of the receipt of the product from us. We do not provide returns on products which lapsed more than 14 days.

Once your return is received in our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Eligibility Criteria to Return Product(s)

The product(s) must be unused/unwashed– in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the product was received, also you must return all accessories and freebies received (if any) along with the product(s). Upon receipt of the returned product(s) by us, our team will examine the returned product(s) prior to approve any exchange, replacement or refund of the same. We may reject your request, if we found returned product(s) is used and doesn’t meet return eligibility criteria and/or in used/non- saleable condition and/or missing parts, accessories or freebies and/or any justifiable reasons, in such cases shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your replacement, request via e-mail and SMS.

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned.

  • Health & Personal care Items
  • Product Replacement

We will replace your products(s)with same new product(s), if you receive, faulty or damage product(s), and if damage is happened from customer, we cannot offer a replacement in this case.  If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or you received a different product than you ordered, you must inform us regarding the faulty/damage/change products within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) via any of our customer support platforms (WhatsApp, Mail, Calls etc.) to be eligible for replacement, We will require photos or video evidence of product showing the damage or faulty product before we can determine the best course of action.

Furthermore, we advise you that, If you found package is open and security seal is broken or tampered, do not accept or check the product before accepting it, as well as take a photo or video and report to us immediately via any of our customer support platforms (WhatsApp,Mail, Calls etc.) or  in such case  You must write down any packaging or product damage or different product change issue clearly on the delivery note (do not sign keep it unchecked) as we cannot accept liability for any damage reported to us at a later date. Its always better to record a video while you are opening the package delivered to you. In such case it will be easy for us to process your return, replacement, exchange or refund request without further delay.

In case replacement product is out of stock or same size or color is un-available, then we will contact you with alternate options, if you ask for a refund, we will initiate the full refund to the same method of payment used while purchasing the product.

Product Exchange

If the product you have purchased from us, is not suitable/fit for you due to size (larger or smaller size), you can request for an exchange of the same product(s) with different size or color.If the size or color requested is not available with us such case, we can provide you alternative options or refund if requested.


you can request for a full refund in the following scenarios,

  1. ·If replacement product is not available and alternative option offered by us is not acceptable for you.
  2.  If you receive a product different than you ordered,in such case you can request a full refund.
  3. ·If an exchange product size or color is not available with us and alternative option is not acceptable for you. In this scenario shipping charge will be deducted from you.

 Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and amount will be refunded to original method of payment, within 7 to 14 days. 

In case of Cash On Delivery Payments, you have to provide your bank account details the amount will be refunded  to your bank account 

Order Cancellation

If you placed an order and wish to cancel it, you can request the order cancel within the same day free of cost and the amount will refunded (if already paid) to the same original method of payment within 7 to 14 days.

If you wish to cancel the order after the mentioned time limit (same day) and order already shipped we will not be able to cancel your order and/or even if the order will be cancelled during shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from you.
